    Couples Counseling

There is no getting around it, navigating relationships is difficult. But with your and your partner’s commitment, a counselor at Agape can help you to improve communication, establish healthy boundaries, become aware of unhelpful behavioral patterns, and bring clarity to your unique values.

  • Group Counseling

Sometimes healing happens best in community. Agape's group counseling sessions bring together individuals facing similar challenges, such as anxiety, grief, or life transitions, in a safe, supportive environment. Group members benefit not only from professional guidance, but from the shared experiences and encouragement of others who know what they're going through.

    Christian Counseling

In addition to traditional counseling, some of Agape’s counselors offer counseling from a Christian perspective. It is important to emphasize that Christian counseling with Agape is not less psycho-therapeutic than traditional counseling, but adds practices like prayer, Scripture reading, and spiritual reflection to the therapeutic process.
